Auto Body Concepts

Auto Body Concepts is a collision repair shop that handles accident damage, from minor dents and scratches to structural work, along with auto painting and color matching. The shop uses CCC One for collision estimating and says its technicians are certified and have more than 30 years of combined experience in auto body repair.

Estimates are arranged by appointment, and the shop works with many insurance companies, including direct relationships with several of the larger providers. Customers can ask whether their insurer is accepted. The shop does not take customer-supplied parts, vehicles taller than 93 inches, Range Rovers, Jaguars, or Teslas for collision repair, and it cannot paint or estimate those vehicles. The shop is at American Loop in Bend, Oregon, and serves Central Oregon.
