Raphael's Bakery

Raphael's Bakery is a family-owned bakery and restaurant in Bemidji that has served the area since 1990. It is known for donuts, pastries, pies, breads and decorated cakes, along with breakfast and lunch, and its wild rice soup. Recipes have been passed down through three generations, and the bakers start prepping early in the morning.

The cafe serves breakfast and lunch on site, with weekly lunch specials, and bakery items can be taken home as well. Orders can be placed by phone, and gift certificates are available in any amount. Raphael's is closed on Sundays and Mondays and charges a 4% fee on credit card transactions. It is located downtown on Minnesota Avenue NW.
