MIX Poke Bar

MIX Poke Bar serves build-your-own poke bowls on a base of white rice, brown rice, salad or chips. Diners choose from proteins including ahi tuna, spicy tuna, salmon, tako, shrimp, chicken and tofu, then add mix-ins, one of several sauces such as house shoyu, miso or gochujang, and toppings like masago, furikake and avocado. The menu also covers poke by the pound, seaweed and krab salad sides, and bottled drinks. The kitchen prepares its ingredients fresh daily and sources fish and produce with sustainability in mind.

The Bellevue Square location sits in the fountain court next to the Cheesecake Factory, and the business also runs locations at Tacoma Mall and Sunrise Village in Puyallup. Orders can be placed online for pickup or delivery, and walk-up orders are accepted, so a quick lunch is easy to plan.
