Rosie Bakery

Rosie Bakery makes custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, gender reveals and smash cakes, along with custom cupcakes and exotic designs. Pastry chef Marjan Komasi designs each cake individually, balancing flavor, texture and decoration. Her training includes Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles and Escoffier Culinary School, where she graduated as an honored student.

The menu includes recipes for guests with dietary restrictions, so people with special needs can still share in the celebration. Questions can be sent through the contact form, by email or by phone. Pickup is in Bellevue, and the kitchen is in Seattle. The shop is closed on Tuesdays and open the rest of the week during daytime hours.
