KidStrong Bel Air

KidStrong Bel Air is a kids' development center that runs science-based training for children from crawling age through 11. Weekly 45-minute classes combine movement, games, obstacle courses and social skill practice, with a focus on confidence, resilience and character. The curriculum is built around three areas: physical, cognitive and character development.

Membership includes one 45-minute class per week, and classes are split by age, with parents joining on the floor for children under four. Kids also rank up through a progression system and receive recognition at a weekly award ceremony. The center offers camps and birthday parties, and it is located at 5 Bel Air South Parkway in Bel Air, Maryland.
