IQL-BHS

IQL Behavioral Health Services is a psychiatric rehabilitation program that supports adults, adolescents and children living with mental health challenges. Its work centers on helping clients reach their own life goals through outreach, advocacy and referral to community resources, using a person-centered approach.

Services begin with a face-to-face rehabilitation assessment to identify goals, followed by care coordination with community mental health providers and family. Staff also help with life skills such as money management and grocery shopping, housing search, job coaching, benefits paperwork, and transportation to doctor appointments. The office is at 108 N. Bond Street in Bel Air, Maryland.
