Achieve Behavioral Health Services

Achieve Behavioral Health Services provides outpatient and partial hospitalization treatment for substance use and mental health needs. Its Bel Air, Maryland location runs men's and women's programs along with a primary mental health program, and a Gastonia, North Carolina location opened in February 2025 with men-only services. The approach uses a humanistic psychology model that aims to reduce shame while meeting immediate needs.

Services are administered by clinically trained staff in a trauma-informed setting, and the practice focuses on Medicaid and uninsured clients. Treatment typically lasts one to six months, with length of stay set alongside each client's outside providers. Since opening in 2023, the Bel Air practice has served more than 3,000 clients.
