Crystal Reiki with Karen

Crystal Reiki with Karen offers reiki sessions in which practitioner Karen moves energy through the body with her hands held just above the client, while crystals are used to support healing and calm the body out of fight-or-flight mode. Her intuitive counseling adds a focus on chakras, past experiences and issues she senses, with sound bowls and therapeutic essential oils used alongside the session.

Sessions can be booked online, and long-distance reiki is available for those who cannot come in. After a session, Karen goes over her notes with the client and suggests practices to continue at home. The business is located in Bel Air, and sessions are now also offered in Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania.
