Beacon Environmental

Beacon Environmental is an environmental sample testing laboratory that collects and analyzes soil gas, indoor air, ambient air and emissions data. It uses passive sorbent samplers to detect trace levels of volatile organic compounds, with samples collected over hours, days or weeks, and its work supports vapor intrusion and air emissions risk assessments. Environmental managers and consultants are its main clients, and it has worked with government agencies and universities across the country and abroad.

The lab is accredited under ISO/IEC 17025:2017, DoD ELAP and NELAP for the EPA methods it uses. Clients typically arrange sampling with the company and receive the reporting that goes with it. The office is on Underwood Lane in Bel Air, Maryland.
