Crystal Lake

Crystal Lake Healthcare and Rehabilitation is a 235-bed facility that provides long-term skilled nursing care and short-term post-acute rehabilitation. It receives patients from several area hospitals, including Community Medical Center, Ocean Medical Center, Barnabas Behavioral Health, Ancora Hospital and Ivystone Hospital.

The facility offers physical, occupational and speech therapy, IV therapy, cardiac care, tracheostomy care, pulmonary care, behavioral management, a certified dementia unit and a veterans program. Staff speak Spanish as well as English. Families can ask about free WiFi, complimentary transportation and special outings. The facility is on Lakeside Blvd. in Bayville, New Jersey.
