Miss Mindy's Ice Cream makes homemade ice cream, dairy free frozen dessert and no sugar added ice cream in small batches on premises. The everyday lineup includes vanilla bean, chocolate, cookies n' cream, coffee, lavender, honey butter pecan and mint chocolate chunk, with rotating changing flavors and a 6-Pack option where customers choose six flavors to try. Soft serve, including dole soft serve and vanilla and chocolate twist, is also on the menu.

The shop is in the shore plaza at 155 Atlantic City Boulevard in Bayville, and it is open daily from noon with evening hours. Party packages and fundraising or sponsorship requests are handled by email. The shop is also accepting applications for evening team members from Thursday through Saturday.
