Paradise Homes

Paradise Homes is a custom home builder that has operated across the Omaha area since 1990, founded by brothers Dan and Bill Miller, who started as trim carpenters. The company builds custom homes designed around each client's lifestyle and preferences, with a range of ranch and two-story floor plans, and it guides buyers through finish selections such as flooring, cabinetry, countertops, lighting and tile.

New clients usually start by contacting Greg Haer, a real estate advisor with NP Dodge Real Estate who has worked with the company since 1991. The builder serves Douglas, Sarpy, Washington, Burt, Cass and Dodge counties, including Omaha, Elkhorn, Gretna, Papillion, La Vista and Blair, and it also builds on lots that buyers already own. Model homes are open on weekends by appointment through Greg Haer.
