Lancaster Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is an independently owned private physical therapy practice that has served the local community since 2009. The clinic treats sports injuries and general musculoskeletal problems, including back, hip, shoulder, knee, elbow, neck and foot and ankle conditions. Its soft tissue work combines IASTM, cupping and ASTYM treatment, and it also offers blood flow restriction therapy, dry needling, neurological rehabilitation, tennis-specific training and full orthotic programs.

Patients can be seen without a physician's referral, which is handy if you want to start PT sooner. The clinic is on Millersville Road in Lancaster, just south of Route 462 (Columbia Avenue), and its access drive is off Temple Avenue. Patients come from West Lancaster, Millersville, New Danville, Mountville and Columbia. The clinic has private treatment rooms, a turf area for functional work and exercise equipment.
