Dr. Rose Wellness Center combines traditional primary care with functional medicine, founded by family physician Dr. Roseann Gager. Its primary care covers annual physicals, chronic disease management, acute and sick visits, telemedicine, and medication refills. Specialty care includes hormonal imbalance, digestive problems, autoimmune conditions, diabetes, thyroid concerns, and weight loss and detox programs, with specialty lab testing and medical grade supplements also available.

Care is open to Illinois residents who join as members. Members get direct access to the healthcare team for quick appointments, and a 24/7 on-call service is offered. Visits run 30 to 90 minutes, and new appointment requests are confirmed within 24 hours. The office is in South Barrington.
