Children's Therapy & Rehab Specialists provides pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech pathology for children only, from birth through age 18. Its therapists work with conditions such as autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, developmental delay and traumatic brain injury, and the practice offers serial casting for the lower extremity and Kinesio taping. Occupational therapy includes the DIR/Floortime approach, and the practice also describes applied behavior analysis services for children with autism.

Rand Road, just south of Old McHenry Road near Huntington Bank, and a second center is in Elgin.
