11 Central serves food and drink in downtown Bangor, with everything made in house, including soups, dressings, sauces, desserts and drinks. The kitchen sources as much as it can from local farmers and purveyors, and the menu is built around the recipes of the whole team. For dessert, the restaurant partners with its sister business, Happy Endings, and the sweets change with the day's specials.

The restaurant is open for dinner Wednesday through Saturday evenings and closed Tuesdays and Sundays. Mondays are kept for business meetings and private functions.
