Springboard Community Services

Springboard Community Services is a Baltimore social services agency, founded in 1849, that provides behavioral health care, case management and housing support for children, adults and older adults. Its licensed therapists offer counseling, psychiatric care, medication management and trauma-informed services, and its crisis intervention team works with people who are struggling to function after trauma, stress or a lack of support. The agency also runs a Youth Resource Center, a Youth Training Center and the Foster Grandparents Program.

Sessions are confidential, and the agency's mental health services are described as personalized. Housing case managers help individuals and families with unstable housing through their housing search. Springboard's Light Street office is in the Legg Mason Building downtown, and it also operates a day center on Falls Road that serves young people. Donations, planned giving and donor advised funds are accepted.
