Yuki Handroll Bar

Yuki Handroll Bar serves omakase-style handrolls, a format the restaurant describes as the first of its kind in Austin. Chefs Jun and Lim bring a combined twenty years of Japanese and Korean restaurant experience to the menu and select and prepare the raw ingredients for each handroll. The menu also includes green tea rice, a blend of green tea and rice.

Handrolls are best enjoyed dine-in, and the restaurant recommends against takeout for them. Walk-ins are welcome, and reservations cannot be taken. Online orders are available, but prices can differ from in-store prices, so calling the restaurant is the lower-cost way to place a pickup order.
