Taquería de Diez serves Tijuana-style street tacos, with carne asada, adobada (pastor) and pollo asado at the center of the menu. The menu also includes volcanes, quesadillas, burritos, burrito plates, nopal and campechano options, plus sides like guacamole, arroz rojo and frijoles rancheros, and flan or arroz con leche for dessert. Tortillas are made fresh and the salsas are made on the spot, with the meats cooked over a grill.

The taqueros work in an open kitchen, so diners can watch the trompo spin and the tacos get finished at the counter. Orders can be placed online for pickup or delivery, and catering is available. The downtown location is at 206 Trinity St in Austin, and the business also has locations on South Lamar, in West Lake Hills and on Guadalupe St.
