SugarWolf

SugarWolf is a bakery, coffee bar and kitchen in downtown Austin, known for laminated croissants with 82% butter, 36-hour fermented sourdough and espresso drinks. The kitchen makes most of its food in house, including breads, pastries and sandwiches built by hand, and it is seed-oil free.

The menu runs from croissants and espresso in the morning to sandwiches and seasonal salads at lunch, with a bar serving coffee cocktails, draft beer and wine by the glass in the afternoon and evening. Gift cards are available, and the bakery also sells loaves for the counter. The shop is on the northwest corner of 3rd and Guadalupe in downtown Austin.
