Rosen's Bagel Co

Rosen's Bagel Co. is an Austin bagel shop that boils and bakes its New York-style bagels in house after a 48-hour process. The menu covers a wide range of bagels, house-made schmears like lime-poblano scallion and smoked lox, and lunch sandwiches such as the Classic Lox and Grilled Turkey Pesto, plus breakfast egg sandwiches like the Not a Taco and The Cure.

Catering is a big part of the business, with bagel platters, lox platters, boxed lunches and coffee service for offices and events. Catering orders need 48 hours notice and can be placed by email. The shop has two Austin locations, one on Burnet Road and one at Republic Square downtown, and both serve breakfast and lunch on weekdays and weekends.
