Rockstar Bagels

Rockstar Bagels makes traditional New York-style bagels in East Austin, boiled in barley malt syrup and baked on bagel boards. Flavors range from classic everything bagels with lox to jalapeño cheddar bagels topped with Kimchi Jon's cream cheese. The bakery also runs a wholesale production facility that supplies Austin-area coffee shops, grocery stores, food trailers and cafés.

A walk-up window serves neighborhood breakfast and lunch, with no eat-in seating. Bagels can be preordered online or by phone, and the shop sells spreads, lox kits and e-gift certificates. Catering orders are requested by email, and the patio is a popular spot for dogs.
