Revolución

Revolución is a Mexican-inspired roastery and cafe that serves cold-pressed juices, coffee, smoothies and plant-forward bites. Its menu includes the Rev Latte, Desert Energy Smoothie, breakfast tacos and burritos, matcha latte, and a Power to You bowl. The shop focuses on a balanced wellness approach and says it uses fresh, local ingredients delivered daily, with plant-based milks made in house from cashews, rice, oats and almonds.

The coffee is roasted in house, and the cafe uses recyclable packaging, strawless lids and no plastic cutlery. Orders can be placed online. Revolución has locations in downtown Austin and in San Antonio, and it offers catering in both cities. The Austin shop is at 207 San Jacinto Boulevard.
