NADC BURGER

NADC Burger serves one burger: two 3 oz patties of 100% wagyu beef with New School's real American cheese, secret sauce, onions, pickles and slightly tamed jalapeños. It was created by professional skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee, who began working on the recipe in 2021. Sides include twice-fried tallow fries, which can be ordered beast mode with cheese, pickles, jalapeños, sauce and seasoning, plus brown butter chocolate chip cookies.

The Austin flagship is on East 6th Street and is open daily, staying open until 3 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. Modifications to the burger are allowed. Orders can be placed online, and the restaurant takes event bookings and sells e-gift cards. A single-patty kids burger is also on the menu. NADC has locations in several other cities, including Charlotte, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles and Nashville.
