Modern Market Eatery

Modern Market Eatery is a fast-casual chain serving made-to-order salads, grain bowls, toasted sandwiches and handcrafted pizzas. The menu rotates with seasonal lineups, and recent items have included an Aleppo steak bowl and a Calabrian chicken grinder. Ingredients are described as made from scratch with no artificial additives.

Guests can dine in, pick up carryout, order delivery or place catering orders for groups, and the company also runs fundraisers where it donates a share of sales to the host organization. Gift cards and a loyalty program that earns points on purchases are available. The address is 401 Congress Avenue in Austin.
