Lonesome Dove Western Bistro

Lonesome Dove Western Bistro is a Downtown Austin restaurant serving Western-inspired cooking from Chef Tim Love, with dishes like wood-fired oysters, rabbit-rattlesnake sausage, wild boar ribs, roasted garlic stuffed beef tenderloin and a range of hand cut steaks. The menu is built around bold flavors and Texas ingredients, and it is one of the restaurant's three flagship locations, with others in Fort Worth and Knoxville.

The Austin location on West 6th Street hosts private events for groups of 10 to 200, including a small Wine Room, a Private Dining Room with a sealable wall and screen, the Main Dining Room, and full restaurant buyouts. Happy hour specials run Monday through Friday afternoons and Saturday evenings. Valet parking is available out front, and reservations for parties of 12 or more go through the private dining staff.
