Hecho en Mexico Restaurant serves interior Mexican cooking with a focus on genuine moles, marinated pork, chicken and beef, and a range of seafood and fresh vegetables. The menu draws on regional dishes from Mexico's South Central roots, and the owners grew up around San Miguel de Allende.
