Habana Restaurant & Bar serves Cuban and Caribbean cuisine, cocktails and cigars, with food made in-house from scratch and many dishes drawn from Cuban family recipes. Popular items include the Cuban sandwich, empanadas, arroz con pollo, ceviche with plantain chips and seafood paella. Reviewers have singled out the lechon asado, a roast pork cooked for seven hours, and the tres leches cake.

Owners Ron and Yasbel Flores opened the restaurant in 2001 to share the food of Yasbel's native Cuba, blending traditional preparations with local ingredients. Reservations and online ordering are available through the website, and catering and events are offered. The restaurant is at 2728 S Congress Ave in Austin, and it is open daily into the evening.
