Fresa's Chicken al Carbon

Fresa's Chicken al Carbon is a Texas-style Mexican kitchen built around wood-grilled chicken, with whole and half achiote & citrus or Yucatan spice birds, chimichurri skirt steak and adobo redfish. The menu also covers street-style tacos, grilled-wing and tortilla soup bowls, ceviche, ahi tuna tostadas, and a weekend brunch with chilaquiles and huevos rancheros.

Orders can be placed for dine-in, to-go or online, and the locations take text messages for pickup questions. Lunch and dinner run daily from 11 AM to 10 PM, with breakfast tacos served in the mornings and brunch on weekends, and a weekday happy hour from 3 to 6 PM. Fresa's also offers gift cards and catering, and it gives teachers and staff a discount on food and non-alcoholic drinks with a school ID.
