Ciclo

Ciclo is a modern Texas kitchen on San Jacinto Boulevard, developed in collaboration with chef and restaurateur Richard Sandoval. The menu leans on locally inspired ingredients with a Latin influence and changes with the seasons, with grilled and smoked meats, ceviche and crudo, and craft cocktails among the highlights. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch are all offered, along with a bakery selection.

Reservations can be made online or by phone. The menu includes vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options marked on each dish. Smoked brisket breakfast tacos and Elgin sausage are among the local touches, and the kitchen is run by executive chef Abril Callender.
