Bufalina

Bufalina is a Neapolitan pizza and seasonal Italian restaurant that has been a fixture in its neighborhood since 2013. The menu centers on pizzas and pastas, with house-made cheeses, bread and pasta, and a wine program with over 500 bottles that leans toward small producers, natural and low-intervention wines. Cavatelli al pomodoro, pappardelle with Neapolitan pork ragù and cannoli with Texas peach caramel are among the dishes.

Bufalina is primarily walk-in, taking parties of one to five first come, first served. Parties of six to eight can book a limited number of nights through the online reservation system, with a $10 per person credit card hold, and the calendar opens three to four weeks ahead. Private and semi-private events are arranged through an inquiry form. A second location, Bufalina Due, is on Burnet Road.
