Baldinucci Pizza

Baldinucci Pizza serves Roman-style pizza, the square, airy, long-fermented style it calls Pizza Romana, alongside New York pizza by the slice. Pizza Romana is fermented for up to 72 hours, and the menu includes whole trays for groups, with specialties such as the Diablo with spicy sopressata and house hot honey and a Mortadella pie topped with pistachio basil pesto and burrata. Vegan and vegetarian pies are on the menu too.

You can dine in, pick up or order delivery, and whole trays and catering are available. Gift cards are sold. The shop is in the Westbank Market in West Lake Hills, and the family owners, Salvatore, Patricia and Gabriel Baldinucci, trace their pizza work back to a Long Island restaurant opened in 1977.
