Argus Cidery

Argus Cidery makes dry, effervescent hard ciders and perries from 100% fruit, with nothing else added. The company started in 2010 in Austin, Texas, when its founders set out to make the dry style they couldn't find locally. Apple Bomb, a classic English pub-style cider that is dry, fruit-forward and tannic, is one of its ciders.

Production has moved to Gig Harbor, Washington, where partner Locust Cider makes the ciders, with the fruit sourced, pressed and fermented close to the orchards. The business is listed at a Pauls Valley Road address in Austin. New ciders, perries and other fruit-forward releases are shared through a newsletter signup on the website.
