The Noble Fox Restaurant & Brewery

The Noble Fox pairs an onsite craft brewery with a gastropub kitchen on Oak Street in Ashland. The tap rotates through lagers, hop-forward IPAs and stouts brewed on the premises, and the menu runs from brunch through late night with shared plates, tacos, burgers and salads. Popular items include the Noble Burger, the Buddha bowl, crispy fish tacos, cheese curds and the lemon curd cheesecake.

Takeout and delivery are available, and orders can be placed online or through the app, which also runs a rewards program. Guests can sit at the bar or in indoor and outdoor seating, or take home a growler. The restaurant hosts private events and sells gift cards. A portion of every pint sold goes to a local cause, and the place is known as family friendly.
