Simple Cafe

Simple Cafe is a restaurant with a food truck vibe, known for burrito bowls, hamburgers and curry tofu bowls, along with a rotating menu of weekly specials built around seasonal ingredients. Owner and chef Javier has said he favors fresh, locally sourced, organic and sustainable cooking. The family-run cafe is locally and minority owned.

Orders can be placed for pickup online or by phone, and the cafe offers reusable takeouts. Customers eat at outdoor seating. The cafe is in Ashland, Oregon, in the Railroad District in front of Ace Hardware on A Street, and it is open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
