Pascal & Sabine

Pascal & Sabine is a European brasserie in Asbury Park serving dinner, Sunday brunch and drinks in a warm room with cave-like banquettes and artwork by Paolo Ventura. The menu changes with the seasons, and the current fall menu highlights seasonal ingredients. Wine dinners, a Sunday jazz brunch and a Saturday DJ during apéro hour give the calendar a lively side.

Reservations are accepted. Happy hour runs weeknight evenings, and apéro hour runs Friday through Sunday afternoons. Gift cards, both physical and digital, are sold, and the restaurant hosts private events of many sizes. Weekend hours run late, with the bar open until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
