Brando's Citi Cucina

Brando's Citi Cucina is a fine dining Italian restaurant serving what it calls soulful Italian cuisine, drawing on many regions of Italy with some French influences. The menu includes fresh pasta, line-caught fish and steaks dry-aged for thirty-five days, all cooked to order. The kitchen is led by executive chef and owner Steve Botta, who learned many of the recipes from his mother.

The restaurant asks guests to dress in business casual attire, with tank tops, beach wear and baseball caps not permitted. Dinner service runs Tuesday through Saturday and Sunday afternoons, with lunch on Fridays and Saturdays, and it is open on Mondays during the summer season. Gift cards can be bought in person or by phone and are mailed by USPS. The restaurant is at 162 Main Street in Asbury Park.
