Laetitia Vineyards & Winery

Laetitia Vineyards & Winery is a Central Coast winery known for small-lot Pinot Noir and traditional method sparkling wine made in the méthode champenoise. The estate was founded in 1982 by Maison Deutz, and its sparkling base wines and select Pinot Noir are pressed with two French Coquard presses, which the winery says are the only two of their kind in North America. The estate also offers a luxury house for overnight stays with a pool, hot tub and firepit.

The tasting room is open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM, and walk-ins are welcome, with reservations also available. Gift cards and private events are offered. The winery sits on a 900-plus-acre estate off Highway 101 North in Arroyo Grande, about 10 minutes from Pismo Beach, and its land is permanently protected by the Land Conservancy of San Luis Obispo County.
