Riverside Research

Riverside Research is an independent nonprofit focused on national security research and development for the U.S. government and defense and intelligence communities. Its work spans artificial intelligence and machine learning, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, radar systems, plasma physics, secure and resilient systems, software engineering, and terahertz imaging. The organization describes its approach as following the science where it leads, with independent research aimed at supporting government mission work.

Riverside Research has offices across several states, including Arlington, Virginia, where its address is listed. Most of its work is contract-based for government customers, and it also recruits scientists, analysts and support staff. Visitors looking for walk-in services will not find a retail counter here, as the organization serves government partners rather than the general public.
