Urban Evolutions

Urban Evolutions is a reclaimed wood company that has worked with salvaged and urban-sourced materials for architects, builders and designers since the 1990s. It is known for slatted wall and ceiling panels, wood flooring, beams and stair treads, and it also offers deconstruction, an alternative to demolition that recovers building materials at the source. The company designs and finishes its own products, and most of its work is for retail, hospitality, office and residential projects.

Architects and interior designers can bring the company in from concept through installation, and it supplies samples, technical documentation and specifications along the way. Custom wood solutions are available beyond the standard catalog. The corporate office and the to-the-trade contact point are on West College Avenue in Appleton, with a retail outlet a few doors down that serves the public on weekends too.
