Tempest Coffee Collective is a coffee shop serving handcrafted seasonal drinks, including espresso drinks, specialty lattes made with house-made syrups, smoothies and teas. The food menu is made in house from scratch, with breakfast and lunch dishes served all day, and bread and select pastries come from Thunderbird Bakery in Oshkosh. Coffee is roasted by Wonderstate Coffee Roasters, a Wisconsin company whose roasting operation runs on solar power.
Orders can be placed online for pickup or delivery through the Take Home link on the website. The menu changes three times a year with the seasons. Credit card purchases carry a 3% surcharge, while debit, prepaid, gift card and cash payments do not. The cafe is at 181 South Riverheath Way in Appleton.
