ACOCA Cafe and Roastery is a coffee shop and kitchen on College Avenue in downtown Appleton. Coffee is the foundation here, with beans roasted in-house in small batches, custom blends, single origin pour-overs and caramel lattes brewed to order. The kitchen turns out sandwiches, bowls, fancy toasts, waffles and salads, and the Breakfast Burrito is a popular choice.
The space is large and open, and guests can dine in, get takeout or order online. Hours run from early morning through the afternoon, with later hours on Friday through Sunday and the shop closed on Tuesdays. ACOCA also sells coffee wholesale and in bulk.
