Simon's Specialty Cheese

Simon's Specialty Cheese sells cheese and cheese-related foods from its shop on Freedom Road. Its product lineup includes signature cheeses, gift assortments, fresh cheese curds and cheese strings, sausage, cheese spreads, and fresh pizzas. Fresh cheese curds are made available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and the cheeses have been recognized as award winners.

The store sits between Green Bay and Appleton, about a block off US Highway 41 in Little Chute, and is reached from the Highway N exit. Shop hours run Monday through Friday and Saturday morning, with limited Sunday hours in the weeks before Christmas. Gift assortments and cheese boxes are also sold through the online shop, and the store is closed on several major holidays.
