SipCha

SipCha is a bubble tea shop known for handcrafted milk teas and fruit teas made to order with fresh seasonal fruit. Its Tango Mango, Brown Sugar Bubble and Matcha Milk Tea are among the regulars' favorites, and it also serves rolled ice cream hand-rolled on a frozen pan with 17 flavors to choose from. Drinks are customized by sweetness, ice level, milk and toppings like tapioca boba.

SipCha has two shops, one in Apex in the Beaver Creek Commons area and one in Cary on Emissary Drive. Customers can order pickup ahead through the SipCha Boba app or online, and delivery is available through DoorDash, Grubhub and Uber Eats, with DoorDash in Apex only. Both shops are open daily from 11 AM, closing at 8 PM Sunday through Thursday and 9 PM Friday and Saturday.
