Atlantic Veterinary Internal Medicine & Oncology is a veterinary specialty practice founded in 1992 as one of the eight specialty practices within Chesapeake Veterinary Referral Center. Its board-certified internists and oncologists care for dogs and cats, with services covering internal medicine, cancer diagnosis and chemotherapy, radiology, ultrasound, endoscopy and advanced diagnostics.

Most patients are seen on referral from their primary care veterinarian, though pet owners can also request an appointment directly after discussing their pet's needs with their family vet. The practice works with a Hunt Valley location and has an affiliation with Chesapeake Veterinary Referral Center, which gives access to additional specialty services. For urgent needs, it has cooperative ties with on-site emergency clinics that provide 24-hour care. The Annapolis office is at Bestgate Road.
