Yoga & Pilates in Ann Arbor

Yoga and Pilates studios help people build flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness, whether you are returning to exercise, managing stiffness, or looking for a steady practice. Many offer reformer and tower classes, group or small group sessions, and private or semi-private instruction, so you can choose the format that fits your goals and budget. In Ann Arbor, MI, look for a studio that offers an initial assessment, since a short intake helps instructors recommend the right level. Before booking, ask whether beginners get a trial class, how many people share an instructor, and what the cancellation policy is. Book a first session at a quieter time of day to get more instructor attention.
