White Lotus Farms

White Lotus Farms grows microgreens, makes handcrafted artisan cheese, and bakes breads and pastries with 100% organic regional flour. The farm also makes its own line of botanical skin care products using ingredients grown on the farm. Shoppers can find products from other local vendors at the cafe and farm cart as well.

The farm sits just outside downtown Ann Arbor, and its farm cart is open Saturdays. The team also sells at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market and at Eastern Market in Detroit. The cafe on South Zeeb Road is open Tuesday through Saturday, and the farm does not rent its space for private events such as weddings or parties.
