Tiffin Tonight

Tiffin Tonight is a weekly prepared-meal service serving Indian fusion dishes, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian entrées such as butter chicken, tandoori chicken, palak paneer and chana-style chickpea curry. Each entrée comes with a choice of basmati rice or paratha, and the menu also includes mango lassi and kheer. The dishes are made with local, all-natural and seasonal ingredients and a house blend of Indian spices.

The menu changes weekly and is sent by email, and customers order online by the Friday 5:00 pm deadline. Orders are picked up on the following Tuesday between 4:00 and 6:00 pm at a chosen pickup location, and the food keeps for about 7 days in the refrigerator. Small and large sizes serve one to two or three to four people. The business is at Lohr Road in Ann Arbor.
