The Legacy at Ann Arbor

The Legacy at Ann Arbor is a newer student apartment community near the University of Michigan, offering studios and multi-bedroom units with up to five occupants. It is built for students and aims to feel social, with shared spaces that include a rooftop deck with a heated spa, a resident clubroom, an academic lounge, a fitness center, bike storage and a pet wash.

The building is located at 616 E. Washington St. and is a short trip to the Diag, the medical school and Target by car, bike or foot. Leasing is handled through the on-site office, which is open weekday and Saturday afternoons and closed Sunday. Tours can be scheduled through the website or by phone, and the leasing team notes that the office hours change on University of Michigan home football game days.
