The Dixboro Project

The Dixboro Project is a historic multi-concept restaurant and leisure property spread across 20 acres in Dixboro Village. It pairs inventive menus with a long local culinary tradition, and the site describes an emphasis on nature and the surrounding land.

Dixboro House is the sit-down restaurant, while The Boro serves freshly baked pastries, wood-fired pizzas and takeaway meals, and there is a cake ordering service. The property also hosts private events and sells gift cards. The Boro runs daily and Dixboro House is open for dinner most of the week, with weekend hours starting earlier. The Outpost is closed for the season.
